Receptionist

For our Geneva office we are currently looking for a:

 

Receptionist

Expected entry date: 1 December 2025

Activity rate: 80% (Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 19:00)

Working hours are subject to possible variations depending on replacement requirements.

 

In this role, and as a member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services, ensuring that every client or visitor receives a professional, warm and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception desk and waiting areas;
  • Handling incoming calls;
  • Coordinating clients and visitors arrivals as well as hospitality services, including refreshments, catering requests and support for events;
  • Maintaining a welcoming and well-organized reception area;
  • Overseeing meeting rooms bookings, anticipating needs and providing timely assistance;
  • Providing diverse corporate services to our staff members (taxi booking, e-bike loan, parking spaces management etc.);
  • Support mail handling, courier coordination, and basic administrative tasks as required.

 

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Commercial CFC or equivalent diploma, in particular from a hotel management school;
  • A first successful experience in reception in a demanding environment and/or in banquet organization;
  • French mother tongue (or at least C1 level) with a good level of written and spoken English (B2 minimum);
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment and comfortable with new technologies (in particular video-conferencing).

 

And demonstrate the following skills:

  • You have a strong sense of service and are flexible;
  • You are organized, precise and committed to high-quality work;
  • You know how to identify and manage priorities and are able to work independently;
  • You enjoy teamwork and work well with others.
