Schellenberg Wittmer advised Arsenal Capital Partners on the sale of ATP Adhesive Systems

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in building industrial growth and healthcare companies, on the sale of its portfolio company, Swiss-based ATP Adhesive Systems, to Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, a publicly traded German manufacturer of industrial and consumer products. ATP Adhesive Systems is a leading expert in high-performance water-based specialty tapes with production sites in Europe and the United States.

The team at Schellenberg Wittmer consisted of Marcel Jakob, Elia Schunck, Filip Majernik, Olivia Wipf, Klaudia Bibaj, Rachel Pawlik and Laura Weber (all Corporate/M&A), Anita Schläpfer and Dominic Wälchli (Banking & Finance), as well as Michael Nordin and Tabea Bänteli (Tax).
