Schellenberg Wittmer advised Education Partners GmbH, which operates more than 10 academies in Germany and Austria that focus on vocational training, on the acquisition of Swiss Education Center AG, owner of the Academy of Natural Medicine ("Akademie der Naturheilkunde").
