Schellenberg Wittmer advised IFM Investors on the successful acquisition of Green Group AG and its subsidiaries ("Green"), a leader in Switzerland's data center market, from InfraVia, with Linklaters acting as Lead Counsel. Green operates six data centers at four sites in Switzerland.
