Caroline Clemetson & David W. Wilson: Speakers at the annual Swiss Banking and Finance Law Day

Caroline Clemetson & David W. Wilson were speakers at the 2025 Banking and Finance Law Day, organised by the University of Geneva's Centre de droit bancaire et financier.
They presented the new Swiss Corporate Transparency Act and the upcoming Swiss UBO register, focusing on the disclosure regimes applicable to Swiss/foreign companies, funds, foundations and trusts.
They also presented the new/draft Swiss anti-money laundering regulations (especially for advisers), comparing them with those of other financial centers (Luxembourg, UK, USA etc.).
