Daniil Vlasenko: at the 2023 Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot (Lucknow, India)

Daniil Vlasenko acted as an arbitrator at the global rounds and coached a team at the 2023 Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot (FDI Moot).
FDI Moot is the premier Investor-State arbitration moot court competition. Investor-State arbitration remains the most effective remedy for foreign investors to ensure that host States do not discriminate against them, treat them fairly with due process, and host States to keep their promises to foreign investors.
FDI Moot attracted more than 150 teams from the leading law schools from all around the world.
Daniil Vlasenko coached a team that comprised a multinational group of students (Russia, Vietnam, and Kyrgyzstan) studying at the Higher School of Economics (Moscow). The team successfully advanced to the round of 16 of the competition.
