David Wallace Wilson presented a review of recent Swiss court judgments dealing with trusts at a webinar organized by STEP Lugano and Centro Studi Villa Negroni.
David's presentation dealt with succession and divorce disputes, trustee's fees, international assistance and contentious tax cases – from Swiss taxation of foreign Anstalts, foundations and trusts to tax evasion. He commented on the latest judgments, including the Bastille Trust and the high-profile Castel group case.
