David Wallace Wilson presented a review of recent Swiss court judgments dealing with trusts at STEP Zurich's hybrid event.
David's presentation dealt with succession disputes, trustee's fees, intervention in Swiss divorce proceedings, international assistance and contentious tax disputes – from Swiss taxation of foreign Anstalts, foundations and trusts to tax evasion. He analysed the latest cases, including the eponymous Bastille Trust and the high-profile Castel group case.
