Roland Ryser named Partner

15.12.2025

We are pleased to announce that Roland Ryser has been appointed Partner in our Dispute Resolution and White-Collar Crime practice groups, effective January 1, 2026.

Roland is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience advising and representing individuals and corporate clients in regulatory and business crime matters. His practice focuses on defending clients in complex investigations, assisting in mutual legal and administrative assistance proceedings as well as advising on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and trade compliance (including sanctions and export control regulations). He also represents individuals and companies as private claimants in criminal proceedings, particularly in cases involving fraud, misappropriation, mismanagement, and money laundering.

In addition to his client work, Roland is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has authored numerous publications on business crime and criminal procedure law. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich.

We congratulate Roland on this well-deserved achievement and wish him every success in his new role. His appointment further strengthens our Litigation capabilities and reinforces our expanding expertise in White-Collar Crime—a key area of focus for our firm.
