She is an accredited Labour Law Expert (SBA certificate) with extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, including individual and collective labour relations, complex remuneration structures, cross-border employment matters, and global mobility. Sara regularly advises and represents clients before administrative authorities and courts. Recognized for her pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, she is a Board member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), former Vice-Chair of AROSDT (Association Romande des Spécialistes de Droit du Travail), and a long-standing trainer and member of the exam jury for judges of the Geneva Labour Courts.

Dr. Roland Ryser was appointed Partner in our Dispute Resolution and White-Collar Crime Groups in Zurich as of January 1, 2026. A seasoned litigator, he advises and represents individuals and corporate clients in complex regulatory and business crime matters. His work includes defending clients in complex investigations, assisting in mutual legal and administrative assistance proceedings as well as advising on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and trade compliance matters (including sanctions and export control regulations). He also represents individuals and companies as private claimants in criminal proceedings, particularly in cases involving fraud, misappropriation, mismanagement, and money laundering. Roland is a frequent speaker and author on business crime and criminal procedure law and holds a PhD in Law in the field of corporate criminal liability from the University of Zurich.

Gabriela Svalduz joined our Zurich office on February 1, 2026, as a Counsel in the White-Collar Crime and Internal Investigations Groups. She is an experienced lawyer and a former public prosecutor, specializing in complex domestic and cross-border white-collar crime litigation, asset recovery, internal investigations, and compliance, including in the area of DLT technologies, blockchain and cybercrime.
