Giulio Patrizi is an Associate in our International Arbitration Group in Zurich. He regularly assists institutions, companies and multinational groups in all aspects of arbitration proceedings, in various areas of law. He has experience with several arbitration rules, acting as counsel for the parties and as secretary to arbitral tribunals.

  • Arbitration administered by the Swiss Arbitration Centre seated in London between a US company and a Swiss sport organization, concerning the breach of a sponsorship agreement concerning sport-related competitions
  • ICC arbitration seated in Paris (France) between an Italian company and a German company and a Spanish company, concerning the breach of a collaboration agreement in the advertisement sector
  • DIS arbitration seated in Germany between a German company and a Tunisian company, concerning the breach of a distribution agreement in the chemical sector
  • ICC arbitration seated in Malta between a US group of companies and a European State, concerning the termination of a concession agreement in the health services field
  • CAM arbitration seated in Milan (Italy) between an Italian and a Canadian citizen and an Italian Company, concerning the breach of a sale and financing agreement related to a luxury brand
  • CAIP arbitration seated in Paris (France) between an Angolan and an Italian company in relation to the alleged non-performance of a party under a supply contract governed by Swiss law
  • CAM arbitration seated in Milan (Italy) between an Italian and English company, on the one side, and an Italian company, on the other side. The arbitration concerns the alleged breach of the provisions of a SPA concerning the payment of the price
