Luka Groselj is a Senior Associate in Schellenberg Wittmer's Zurich office. His practice covers all aspects of international arbitration, including annulment and enforcement proceedings. He has experience in advising and representing commercial entities under all of the major arbitral rules (including ICC, Swiss Rules, HKIAC, SIAC and UNCITRAL) spanning a range of industry sectors in matters that raise issues of international or foreign law (e.g. Swiss, English, Italian, Turkish, Hong Kong, Chinese, Russian, New York and French law). He also assist clients in contract management (e.g., construction, cryptocurrencies, sales, distribution, licensing, pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing, finance, automotive).

In addition, Luka advises and represents sports federations, athletes, as well as state entities and corporations for all of their sports law matters, and has represented clients in Court of Arbitration for Sports proceedings and before other sports bodies.

According to clients and peers, Luka is praised for being "extremely hard-working and calm under pressure" and "one of the finest young arbitration practitioners in Switzerland".
