The keynote explored the recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union on EU public policy and arbitration, and which conclusions can be drawn from that for the upcoming CJEU decision in Reibel v Stankoimport (Case C-802/24) on the arbitrability of dispute involving the EU sanctions regulations 833/2014 and 269/2014.
