Leading judges and counsel of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) celebrated its second anniversary at the UPC's local Chamber in Munich, currently considered to be Europe's busiest patent litigation venue. Among them Schellenberg Wittmer's Prof. Dr. Peter Georg Picht, who hosted a panel on initial counsel experiences and litigation strategies regarding Europe's new patent litigation system.
