Christine Beusch-Liggenstorfer is Of Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Corporate and Commercial Group and Private Wealth Group in Zurich. Her core fields of practice are employment law and immigration law. Data protection, in particular in connection with HR related matters, is a further strong field of her activity. Moreover, she specializes in commercial contracts, in particular, in the catering trade and hotel business.

  • Advises domestic and foreign clients in all employment law matters (draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, termination agreements, individual and collective dismissals, business transfers, international employee transfers, remuneration and bonus schemes, non-compete covenants)
  • Advises domestic and foreign clients in immigration matters and prepares and files on their behalf the necessary applications with the Swiss authorities
