CAS award set aside for admitting a time-barred request for disqualification of an arbitrator

In Decision 4A_100/2023, the Swiss Supreme Court set aside a CAS award for having wrongly admitted a time-barred disqualification request based on article 190(2)(a) of the Private International Law Act.
