The Procter & Gamble Company, the global consumer products industry leader successfully closed the announced USD 12.5 billion deal involving the transfer of 41 of its specialty beauty brands to Coty Inc.

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to Procter & Gamble International Operations SA, the Swiss entity based in Petit Lancy. The team included partners Tarek Houdrouge (Corporate/M&A) and Vincent Carron (Employment), counsel Catherine Weniger (Employment) and associate Anh-Thu Thai (Corporate/M&A).
