Schellenberg Wittmer advises Schroder Bank in the sale of its Eastern European banking activities to CBH

Schroder & Co Bank AG (Schroders), a global investment manager and The Bank CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique SA (CBH), a Swiss private banking group, reached an agreement for CBH to takeover Schroders' Eastern European private banking business and its relationship management team. The closing of the transaction is expected during the fourth quarter of 2018.

Schellenberg Wittmer is acting as legal counsel to Schroder & Co Bank AG. The team consists of partners Oliver Triebold (Corporate/M&A; overall lead), Peter Burckhardt (Regulatory Compliance), Michael Nordin (Tax), counsel Michael Hess (Employment) and senior associate Marcel Jakob (Corporate/M&A).
