Schellenberg Wittmer advised Swiss Start-up Swiss4.0 SA in obtaining its Fintech license with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Swiss4 is a state-of-the-art banking services application that brings the experience of private banking to the digital space. Through an exclusive community, clients can discover a new generation of Swiss financial services.

Schellenberg Wittmer assisted Swiss4.0 with all aspects relating to the obtention of the FINMA license. Swiss4.0 is the first Geneva-based Fintech company to obtain a Fintech license with FINMA.

The team of Schellenberg Wittmer was led by Caroline Clemetson (Banking & Finance) and included Joane Etienne (Banking & Finance) as well as Jean-Frédéric Maraia and Arthur Magnin (both Taxation).
