Schellenberg Wittmer advises Emerald Technology Ventures with its FINMA license

Schellenberg Wittmer advised cleantech venture capital pioneer Emerald Technology Ventures in obtaining its FINMA license as asset manager of collective assets with the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Emerald Technology Ventures has therefore become one of the first Venture Capital firms in Switzerland to be regulated.

The team was led by Caroline Clemetson (Partner, Banking & Finance, Investment Management) and included Andrea Andelic (Associate, Banking & Finance, Investment Management) and Joane Etienne (Counsel, Banking & Finance, Investment Management).
