Schellenberg Wittmer advises Francotyp-Postalia on acquisition of Azolver

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to Francotyp-Postalia, a stock-listed international active group of companies which provides digital business solutions, mailing, shipping & office solutions and mail services, in regard to its acquisition of all shares in the operating companies of Azolver Group. Azolver Group focuses on mailing hardware (franking machines), and in addition offers software solutions for asset tracking and parcel shipping.

Schellenberg Wittmer acted alongside DLA Piper, Germany, lead counsel to Francotyp-Postalia for this transaction. The Swiss team was led by Corporate/M&A partner Martin Weber and included Elia Schunck, Anna Wöller (both Corporate/M&A), Michael Nordin and Tabea Elmer (both Tax) and Melina Suter (Corporate/M&A and Employment).
