Schellenberg Wittmer advised MV Invest AG in obtaining its FINMA license as asset manager of collective assets with the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

MV Invest AG is specialised in indirect real estate investments in Switzerland.

The team was led by Caroline Clemetson (Partner, Banking & Finance, Investment Management) and included Joane Etienne (Counsel), Dusan Ivanovic (Senior Associate) and Xenia Pisarewski (Associate), all Banking & Finance, Investment Management.
