Schellenberg Wittmer Advises Winkler Family on Sale of Kalt Maschinenbau to CGS Management

CGS Management AG, a leading Swiss investment firm in the industrial sector, acquired Kalt Maschinenbau from the siblings Nadine and Stephan Winkler. Kalt Maschinenbau is a leading international specialist in cheese, dairy and process technology.

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as legal counsel to the Winkler family. The team consisted of Oliver Triebold and Stefanie Maurer (both Corporate/M&A), Michael Nordin and Petra Hess (both Tax).
