We advised CAT Financial Products Ltd. on the set-up of a Programme for the issuance of structured products, warrants, exchange traded products (ETPs) and actively managed certificates (AMCs), which was approved by the SIX Exchange Regulation on 1 November 2022 as a Programme in the sense of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA). Such program may be used for private placements, for offers to the public or a listing of such products in Switzerland.

We advised CAT Financial Products Ltd. on the drafting of such Programme and its approval by the SIX Exchange Regulation in view of compliance with the FinSA and on the related collateral structure in order to provide security to investors for collateralized products.
