Anita Schläpfer is a Partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Banking and Finance Group in Zurich. Her focus is on banking and finance law, finance transactions, asset/investment management, collective investment schemes, and financial services regulation.

Experience

  • Specialist in advising Swiss and international financial institutions and corporate clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of domestic and cross-border acquisition finance and syndicated-lending transactions, securitizations, other finance transactions and corporate matters
  • Expertise in all questions arising in connection with asset/investment management and advice, on- and off-shore collective investment schemes and other financial products, including licensing and distribution-related issues
  • Experience in providing regulatory and transactional advice for technology driven solutions and providers in the financial services industry (Fintech)
