Diego Segantini is an Associate in our Employment Group in Geneva. He has significant experience advising companies on all aspects of employment law. In particular, he assists with the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, the management of individual and collective labor relations, support during disciplinary proceedings and terminations, the implementation of internal regulations and policies, as well as in the context of restructurings or reorganizations.
