Jacqueline Leisi is an Associate in our Employment Law Group in Zurich. She advises Swiss and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, with a focus on employment aspects of M&A transactions and cross-border mobility. Her transactional experience includes advising on employee transfers, international employment structures, including staff leasing arrangements and the employment law implications of corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions, as well as related work and residence permit matters. She also advises clients on employment disputes and negotiations, including the preparation and negotiation of settlement agreements.

Having worked in international environments for several years, Jacqueline brings a strong understanding of the interplay between employment law, business considerations and transactional requirements.
