Jean Jacques Ah Choon is a Partner and head of the Corporate & Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups in Geneva. He regularly advises Swiss and international clients on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, Private Equity, buy-outs, joint ventures and commercial law issues. He also advises clients on financing matters.

Experience

  • Swiss counsel to REYL advising them in their long-term strategic partnership with the private banking division of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group (Fideuram ISP PB) through the acquisition of a stake in the capital of REYL 
  • Swiss counsel to Alpian SA in connection with the preparation of the banking license application
  • Swiss counsel to Orange Cyberdefense advising them on the acquisition of the Swiss companies SCRT and Telsys
