Kadiatou Soumah is an associate in our Employment Law Group in Geneva. She advises and represents companies and individuals in all areas of employment law, including employment contracts, termination agreements, dismissal (collective and individual), severance pay issues, non-compete clauses, unfair competition, harassment, employer liability, job transfers, and all matters relating to the Swiss Labour Act (LTr).
Kadiatou advises on social security, occupational pensions, and immigration law and has been a team member in a several M&A transactions requiring employment law due diligence. She regularly advises and represents clients before authorities and courts.
Kadiatou also has significant experience in complex employment law-related criminal law disputes and in internal investigations.
