Michael Hess is a Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Corporate and Commercial Group as well as its Litigation Practice Group. He focuses on employment law and on international and domestic commercial litigation.

Experience

  • Advises domestic and foreign clients in all employment law matters (draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, termination agreements, individual and collective dismissals, business transfers, international employee transfers, remuneration and bonus schemes, non-compete covenants)
  • Represents parties in disputes and court proceedings involving a broad range of matters, including employment law, derivatives (ISDA Master Agreement), (re)insurance, mergers and acquisitions, unfair competition, white collar crime as well as public procurement
