Xin Ye is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration Group in Geneva. She advises and represents clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and international arbitration. Xin also regularly advises on corporate matters, with a particular focus on assisting international clients, especially from Asia, in establishing, structuring and expanding their presence in Switzerland. Xin is a native speaker of French and Chinese and has practiced in both Switzerland and Asia. She advises and conducts proceedings in French, Chinese and English.
