Xin Ye is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration Group in Geneva. She advises and represents clients in complex domestic and cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as in white-collar crime matters. In addition to her dispute resolution practice, Xin regularly advises on a broad range of contractual and corporate topics. A native speaker of French and Chinese and having practiced in Switzerland and Asia, Xin advises and conducts proceedings in these two languages and in English.
