Schellenberg Wittmer advises ams AG on its borrowing of revolving facilities in the amount of EUR 800 million

On 29 September 2021, SIX-listed ams AG, Premstätten, Austria, a leading worldwide supplier of high performance sensor solutions, entered into a revolving facilities agreement in the amount of EUR 800 million with, amongst others, a syndicate of renowned financial institutions and HSBC Continental Europe S.A. acting as agent for the finance parties.

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to ams AG on this transaction. The team included Philippe Borens, Shawn Richard Gregory, Daniel Reinger (all Banking & Finance), Michael Nordin and Roland Wild (both Tax).
