Schellenberg Wittmer advised EMERAM, Munich, a leading investment manager for mid-sized companies in the German-speaking region, on the acquisition of a stake in Solar Manager AG, with headquarters in Muri, Switzerland. Solar Manager AG develops an intelligent Home Energy Management System (HEMS), which holistically controls and optimizes energy flows in households, from photovoltaics and storage systems to heat pumps and e-mobility.
